This Price Match Guarantee Policy is part of our Billing Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our other policies, including our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Cookie Policy, Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, and VIP Access.

1. Overview

At E-Boarders, we are committed to offering our customers competitive prices. If you find an identical product at a lower price from an eligible retailer, we may match the price under the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Price Match

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

✔ The product must be identical (brand, model, specifications, color, condition, and included accessories). ✔ The lower-priced item must be available for immediate purchase and delivery from an authorized retailer (not a marketplace, auction, or third-party seller). ✔ The price match request must be made before placing your order or within 24 hours after purchase. ✔ The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the price match request.

📌 Price matches do not apply to:

🚫 Used, refurbished, open-box, or clearance items
🚫 Bundled, membership, or loyalty discount pricing
🚫 Flash sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, liquidation sales, or going-out-of-business sales
🚫 Competitor pricing errors, misprints, or unauthorized resellers
🚫 Shipping, taxes, or additional fees associated with competitor pricing

For compliance and fraud prevention, we reserve the right to deny any price match request that does not meet the criteria outlined above.

3. How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, follow these steps:

Gather Evidence – Provide a link or screenshot of the competitor’s lower price, including product details, pricing, and date.
Contact Us – Send your request via email at support@e-boarders.com or through our Online Contact Form.
Verification Process – Our team will review the request and respond within 1-2 business days.
Approval & Adjustment – If the request is approved before purchase, we will match the price. If the request is made within 24 hours after purchase, we will issue a partial refund for the price difference.

4. Compliance & Limitations

Exclusive Promotions & Personalized Pricing

E-Boarders regularly offers exclusive discounts, personalized pricing, and special promotions to visiting customers, email subscribers, and through targeted advertising.

🚨 These exclusive offers, including VIP Access discounts, are not eligible for price matching as they are customized and time-sensitive.

Special pricing may include seasonal sales, email-only discounts, referral promotions, and bulk purchase pricing.
All promotional discounts, sales, and personalized quotes are final and may not be combined with price match adjustments.
Customers can sign up for VIP Access to receive exclusive pricing, promotions, and early access to deals.

Additional Price Match Restrictions

One price match per item – Customers may request a price match for the same item only once per purchase.
Geographical Restrictions – Price matches apply only to U.S.-based retailers and purchases made in the United States.
Retailer Verification – The competitor must be an authorized dealer and must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive pricing practices.

We reserve the right to deny price match requests if they violate our policies or conflict with compliance regulations.
